Exchange & Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Printedcult. Usually, we don't provide Returns, but if you receive a t-shirt that has any manufacturing defect, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Note: Size exchange is applicable only for non customised products. For customised products, we suggest to recheck our size charts before placing the order.
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please share your query via email to support@printedcult.in (also share your order id. Eg: PC-17110 in the email).
Please do not send multiple emails for the same query as it will cause confusion while providing proper resolution. And also please use one email thread for the queries 🙏

Below are some important policies to follow:
- Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within seven days of delivery.
- In case of a size issue or the wrong product received, you can raise the exchange request within seven days of delivery of the product (including the day of delivery).
- We can exchange the product with another size or the correct product of the same value. There are no extra charges and we can arrange the reverse pickup.
- If the value of the new exchange product is higher then there will be extra charges (difference in the amount of product). It needs to be paid online.
- The products must have the original label attached, should be folded properly and should be packed properly so that it is not damaged in transit. Without it, the exchange will not be processed.
- We do refunds only in genuine cases of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at printedcult@gmail.com along with the details of the order, the nature of the issues, and photographs of the defective product.
- In some exceptional case if return is accepted (no delivery issue and correct order delivered) then Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund. The amount deducted is for the reverse pickup service provided, because the cost of logistics have significantly increased in the recent times.
- The refund will be provided in the form of a store coupon code that you can use at printedcult.in to order a new product.
- The store coupon code will be provided within 24 hours after the refund request is accepted.
- Also, do note that the colour of the T-shirt and design may slightly vary from the ones displayed on our website, social media pages and ads.
- Returns and refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in the colour or design of the product delivered.
- Also, in the event, on our verification, it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
- To avoid such issues. Do not accept the damaged package at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for it.
- Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order.
- In some exceptional cases, if exchange is processed 2nd time, then Rs 100 will be charged extra.
- Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order enters the processing phase and it is difficult for us to cancel the order. If the request for cancellation is raised after 6 hours Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund amount provided that the order is not shipped. And if the order is shipped and then is rejected at the time of delivery in that case also Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount is deducted because of the shipping charges and the processing charges incurred by us. The amount will be returned through upi, gpay or bank transfer within 10 working days.
- Cash on Delivery Charge is non refundable. In case if COD amount is not charged then it Rs 99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We have the right to charge extra for reverse pickup Rs 150/500gms. It can be charged online or can be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any product bought during the sale or with a discount code will not be eligible for a refund.
- Free exchange on Size issues but no Refund on Size issues.
- In case the customer rejects the product at the time of delivery Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund. The amount is deducted as we have to bear the cost of shipping and return shipping.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
